Wellness

While associated with a healthy, physical lifestyle, wellness goes beyond the confines of general health. It encompasses a positive outlook on your mind, body, and soul. Also, luckily for us, wellness is something we often have at least some control over. 


We here at WayneCAP believe wellness is very important, and may even be a catalyst for change in our community. Thus bringing us to the resources we've added below...

Personal Health

The ability to take charge of your health by making conscious decisions to be healthy.

Community Health

Focuses on the maintenance, protection, and improvement of the health status of population groups and communities.

A person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being.
